Religion can be dangerous. By mocking it, we hope its followers realize how ridiculous the whole thing is and open their eyes. In the meantime we'll wait on the other side, having a blast.

Yeah, next time you get a headache, try to pray it away instead of taking and aspirin and tell me how well it went down.

Uh no, they wouldn’t actually

Maybe not, but we’d all appreciate if they did anyway.

Unless you count the zodiac killer, I can’t think of astrology terrorists who would pose a threat to humankind in the way that religious fanatics do, so I’m gonna say no.
Astrology is pretty dumb and inaccurate, though.

I’m not sure “lies” is the right word.  The people passing on this stuff honestly believe it to be true.

Yes, but just because you are honest when you say false things it doesn’t make them any more true.

And yet, many say that either you accept him as your lord and savior or you will burn in Hell for ever.  With eternal damnation at stake, I really don’t think it would be unreasonable to ask that he, you know, write it down!

The fact is we don’t even know for sure if there was a historical Jesus, and yet Christians insist on all those supernatural claims based on 4 carefully selected Gospels out of dozens that were circulating in that era.
